2018
University of Richmond (BA) <br/>
Jim brings over 30 years of experience in healthcare as an Operating Partner/Executive in Residence in private equity as well as an executive operator in software and technology. <br/> <br/>Most recently, Jim was a Healthcare Operating Partner at Marlin Equity Partners, where he helped create and build a highly successful portfolio, including over 20 acquisitions across multiple sectors within healthcare. <br/> <br/>Before joining Marlin, Jim had extensive executive experience as an operator in the healthcare IT and services sectors, including as founder of a successful entrepreneurial start-up venture and executive roles with a number of public companies. He was the Founder and CEO of Payerpath, a web-based claims management system for healthcare providers and payers, founded in the late 1990s. In 2006, Payerpath was sold to Misys Healthcare Systems, one of the top five healthcare IT companies in North America. After the sale of Payerpath, he served as President of Payerpath, a Misys Company, and served on the Board of Directors at Misys Healthcare Systems and on the Operating Board of its parent company, UK-based Misys plc. Prior to founding Payerpath, Jim was Vice President of Sales for NDC Health and Senior Vice President of Health Communication Services. He started his career at ADP. <br/> <br/>

Willis joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in September 2024 as an Executive in Residence on the Growth Buyout team, and has worked as a healthcare executive for 27 years. <br/> <br/>Prior to Frazier, Willis was with Cencora, formerly AmerisourceBergen. At Cencora, he was first President of Health Systems and Commercial Solutions, and most recently President of Global Pharma Services, leading their consulting, hub and outsourced services, distribution contracting, and cell and gene services. <br/> <br/>Before his time at Cencora, Willis worked with Providers and Pharmacies for 20 years co-founding Shields Specialty Pharmacy, leading the Health System Alliances division within CVS Health, and as a physician practice and hospital administrator. <br/> <br/>Willis received his BS in History and American Studies from Brandeis University and his MBA from the Wharton School.

University of Notre Dame (BA, Economics) <br/>
Rob re-joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in 2023 as a repeat Executive in Residence on the Growth Buyout team after previously serving five years as CEO of Parata Systems, a Frazier portfolio company. Parata is a provider of pharmacy automation technology to hospital, retail, long-term care, mail order, and government pharmacies and was acquired by BD for $1.525 billion in 2022. <br/> <br/>Prior to joining Frazier as an Executive in Residence in 2016, Rob served as Chairman and CEO of Cogentix Medical Inc., a high-growth global medical device company, and was Chairman and CEO of Virtual Radiologic Corporation, a provider of technology-enabled outsourced radiology solutions. He also was President of Misys Physician Systems, a developer of electronic medical record and practice management software applications. <br/> <br/>Rob currently serves on the Board of Accuray (NASDAQ: ARAY). <br/> <br/>Rob began his career at Baxter Healthcare and holds a BA in Economics from the University of Notre Dame.

Dartmouth College (BA, Government)
David rejoined Frazier as an Executive in Residence on the Growth Buyout team. He will work alongside Frazier as an Executive in Residence to execute investment strategies focused on his area of expertise, home health, hospice and related areas. <br/> <br/>Previously, David served ten years as co-founder and CFO of Abode Healthcare (“Abode”), a Frazier Fund FH VI portfolio company. He developed the thesis for Abode alongside then-Frazier Executive in Residence Mike McMaude, as a Principal at Frazier and joined Abode as CFO full-time upon Frazier’s investment in 2012. <br/> <br/>Over the course of his tenure at Abode, in addition to his role as CFO, David had oversight of nearly all operations of the company and was integrally involved in the structuring, negotiation, diligence and decision making on all strategic acquisitions. Abode completed three successful exits following Frazier’s founding and was ultimately acquired by BrightSpring Healthcare (Nasdaq: BTSG) in 2021. <br/> <br/>Prior to Frazier and Abode, David was an investment professional at Trident Capital and Spectrum Equity Investors, and an investment banker at Alex. Brown. <br/> <br/>David earned his BA in Government from Dartmouth College.
2019
Bill re-joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in October 2019 as an Executive in Residence on the Growth Buyout team. He represents Frazier on the Board of Adare Pharma Solutions and Chairman of the Board at CSafe. <br/> <br/>Bill returned to Frazier as a repeat Executive in Residence after serving seven years as President and CEO of PCI Pharma Services, a Frazier portfolio company. He originally joined Frazier in 2012 as part of the PCI diligence team, and after successfully closing the acquisition, he led PCI until mid-2019, including shepherding the company through the purchase by the Partners Group for $1.1 billion in 2016. This was Bill’s second time in a leadership role at PCI, having served as President of the PCI unit from 1996 to 2006, when it was owned by Cardinal Health. Between stints at PCI, he served as CEO of Clondalkin Group’s North American pharma packaging operations.

Maria joined Frazier Healthcare Partners as an Executive in Residence in May 2024. She will work alongside the firm to develop and execute investment strategies focused on women's health and wellness, with a particular emphasis on tech-enabled products and services supporting women through their reproductive and post-partum journeys. <br/> <br/>Maria has over 25 years of experience leading businesses in women’s health, health and wellness, digital media, e-commerce, marketplaces, and sustainability. She has expertise in building global businesses, capital markets, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, executive compensation and culture, human capital management, succession planning and leadership transitions, and environmental, safety, and social responsibility. <br/> <br/>Prior to Frazier, Maria most recently served as the CEO and Board Member at Thinx, where she turned a small, challenged business into a +$130 million global brand with a strong culture, a superior product sold in multiple distribution channels, and ultimately, she orchestrated its sale to Kimberly Clark in early 2022. <br/> <br/>Prior to joining Thinx, Maria was a full-time advisor to eBay’s CEO, and before that, she was the Chief European Officer at Fab.com, where she led the integration of two acquisitions and reorganized the combined entity with an organizational structure that enabled growth. Prior to Fab, Maria held global executive roles at corporations like Thomson Reuters, Dow Jones, Yahoo, and Disney. <br/> <br/>Previously, Maria served as an independent Board Director for Steel Connect, a publicly traded diversified holding company (STCN) with two wholly owned subsidiaries in supply chain management and direct marketing. Maria chaired the Nominating and Governance Committee and sat on the Compensation Committee. She also chaired multiple Special Committee processes. Maria also currently serves as a board director and Chair of the Compensation Committee for Clos Du Val, a growing business in the wine category. <br/> <br/>Maria received her BA in Economics, Phi Beta Kappa, from Northwestern University and her MBA from Harvard Business School.

Cornell University (MBA) <br/>
Michael joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in August 2022 as a Center of Excellence Partner, Mergers & Acquisitions. Michael has over 20 years of management consulting and M&A transaction experience. He has worked with a myriad of private and public companies on topics ranging from M&A, divestitures, and strategic transformations. <br/> <br/>Since joining Frazier, Michael has successfully partnered with AirLife, Apollo Intelligence, EPTAM, and Elevate on integration and synergy achievement activities. In addition to his leadership role on add-on acquisitions throughout the portfolio, Michael has also led the 180-Day Value Maximization programs for Frazier’s most recent platform acquisitions (Vatica Health, RevSpring, and BioMatrix). <br/> <br/>Prior to joining Frazier, Michael was a Senior Director in A&M's Private Equity Practice. Previously, he was with EY-Parthenon's Strategy and Transactions group, and before that, Michael spent six years at McKinsey & Company in New York. <br/> <br/>Throughout his career, Michael has led multiple buy-side and sell-side deals in the healthcare and life sciences sector, including but not limited to, leading the Integration Management Office (IMO) and value creation activities in a merger of two clinical research organizations. He led the integration and synergy capture for a PE-backed platform merger in the medical imaging industry, which resulted in doubling the cost savings estimates in the deal model. He supported the sale and carve-out activities of a Women’s Health business from its “big pharma” parent. More recently, Michael has led due diligence and integration efforts for transactions in healthcare tech (e.g., Outpatient Rehabilitation SaaS, EMR, RCM), medical device manufacturing, and home health services sectors. <br/> <br/>Michael earned an MBA degree from Cornell University. <br/>

Nicole joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in April 2023 to support portfolio company growth through commercial strategy, marketing, and sales. Nicole has over 10 years of experience in helping develop commercial capabilities. Her responsibilities include developing go-to-market strategies to penetrate new markets, driving customer growth through multi-million-dollar lead generation programs, and improving sales force effectiveness across the customer lifecycle. <br/> <br/>Prior to Frazier, she was a Vice President of Commercial Strategy at Cerberus Capital Management, a $60 billion multi-strategy investment firm, where she drove commercial growth across companies and during due diligence. During her tenure at Cerberus, Nicole delivered $300M in sales for a direct-to-consumer retail company through customer segmentation and omni-channel digital marketing. She also led the launch of a new product for a healthcare therapy provider that resulted in $26M in revenue in its first year in market. <br/> <br/>Before Cerberus, Nicole was a Director of Strategy at Publicis Groupe, one of the world’s largest communications firms, where she supported drug and product launches for pharmaceuticals and consumer healthcare companies. <br/> <br/>Nicole received her BA in Communications from the University of Pennsylvania and her MBA from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University.

George Mason University (BS, Health Systems Management) <br/>Project Management Professional (PMP)
Reema joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in May 2021 as a member of the Center of Excellence Technology and Innovation team and brings over 16 years of experience in healthcare. Reema has experience managing large teams, serving as a project manager on mission-critical initiatives, driving large-scale technology implementations of enterprise applications and data solutions, and leading M&A integrations. <br/> <br/>Before joining Frazier, Reema was the Director of IT Operations at SOCTelemed (SOC), a national provider of acute telemedicine technology to hospitals and health systems. At SOC, she leveraged her experience to expand the organization’s services implementation program and executed project plans to integrate enterprise applications and create network redundancy, in support of long-term sustainable Operation SLAs. <br/> <br/>Before joining SOC, she spent six years with DrFirst, a national provider of e-prescribing and medication management solutions, developing and executing on integration projects, business development strategies, and enterprise-wide initiatives with EMR partners including, GE Centricity, McKesson, Siemens, UNI/CARE, gMed and HealthPort. She was instrumental in supporting the EMR partners’ objectives in achieving CMS Meaningful Use Certification (ONC-ATCB, Stage 1 and Stage 2). <br/> <br/>Prior to DrFirst, Reema worked as an Associate Scientist at Microbiotest Inc., a company specializing in antimicrobial efficacy testing, designing and implementing protocols to comply with FDA requirements.

Ken joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in August 2021 as a Center of Excellence Partner, Data & Artificial Intelligence on the Growth Buyout team. <br/> <br/>Ken is an executive leader in the life sciences information services space, bringing nearly 20 years of extensive experience building and scaling growth-oriented product, operations, and technology teams. He is experienced in leading global teams through transformational change, building market leading data and analytics solutions, and scaling technology and AI-enabled operations. <br/> <br/>Before joining Frazier, Ken served as SVP and GM of Data, Analytics, and Insights at Clarivate. In this role Ken was responsible for global leadership of Clarivate Science Groups analytics business unit. Prior to this role, Ken served in various roles over an 18-year career at Decision Resources Group (DRG) including Chief Strategy and Execution Officer, EVP Operational Excellence, EVP Product Delivery, Head of Research and Operations, and Medtech COO. <br/> <br/>Ken received his BAS, Engineering Science from the University of Toronto.

Caitlin joined Frazier Healthcare Partners in April 2023 as a Center of Excellence Partner, Human Capital on the Growth Buyout team. <br/> <br/>Caitlin is an operator and talent leader with a track record of building, scaling, and institutionalizing organizations. She has a differentiated cross-functional experience blending general business management and human capital leadership. <br/> <br/>Prior to joining Frazier, Caitlin served on the management team at Bridgewater Associates for nearly two decades as the business grew from a founder-led boutique (100 people, $10 billion AUM) to an institution (1500 people / $150 billion AUM). Since then, she has consulted and operated as a Human Capital leader in several high-growth finance and technology companies. She brings deep expertise across the talent lifecycle, including Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development, L&D, Performance Management, DEI, and HR operations. <br/> <br/>She graduated from Harvard University with a degree in Sociology and Psychology and was Captain of the Women’s Soccer team. She resides in Westport, CT with her husband and two young children.
